My experience with Synechron's recruitment process was disappointing. After scheduling a technical interview, they failed to show up as planned. Despite my attempts to reach out, there was no response for four days. Although I received a second interview invitation afterward, the initial lack of accountability and communication was off-putting. While I don't want to completely discredit the company, this experience raised concerns about their reliability.

There were three rounds of interview for this position. L1, L2 and Directorial round. L1 mostly java 8 and sql questions. L2 spring boot and microservices questions. Focus on Streams, default and static method.

The interview process at Synechron typically includes an HR screening, one or two technical rounds focusing on core skills and projects, a managerial discussion, and a final HR round, completed within one to three weeks.
