I was first contacted by HR, and we had a short introductory phone call where we discussed my motivation and went through my CV. After that, I had an interview with the team manager, where we focused more on the role and my background. Finally, I had a conversation with a potential mentor.

It was a wonderful, smooth process. The team they have is amazing. They make you feel welcome from the very beginning of the interview. They make you feel wanted and that you belong no matter how nervous you are.
