Applied in fall of 2017, heard back several weeks later to set up a phone interview. Typical interview questions (what do you know about the company, what are your skills etc), told I'd hear back about in-person interview. Got an email the next week to come in for an interview.
I had to wait some time before the interviewer arrived. The interview in-person was very casual, conversation between a manager and myself. Stressed how it was a phone-centric position and would be accepting calls constantly etc. Although I thought it went well, I was told I didn't get the position in an email two weeks later. When asked for feedback, none was given except "came down to needs of the clinic."
