I did a phone screening with a recruiter within the company. Within 48 hours, I had received notification that they wanted to meet with me in person. Once I came in the office, I met with three managers during the first sit down and then after 30 minutes of speaking with them, I met with two non-manager employees for another 30 minutes. I received a phone call with a job offer the following day.

Correct,professional,job description correct. They ask a lot of questions and expect you to provide a lot of examples. It lasts around 60 minutes. The managers are pleasant and interested to get to know you.
