The process was smooth and professional. Applied for Research Associate job but was recommended by the Talent Acquisition manager another role. First interview was with the Talent Acquisition manager with really brief and general questions asked face to face. Second interview was conducted by future supervisor where the questions were more in depth. Waited over 6 weeks for a final answer to be told the job was given to someone else. Reason was because of lack of experience and what I had worn to the interview.
