This is the best experience I ever had! First round with HR (30mins): intro, explaining the position that I applied for, motivations, salary expectations, notice period, further steps, etc. Second round with HR regarding language skills (30mins): intro, talking about the specific language, have I worked with this language, what are my plans, motivation, skills, etc. Third round with Hiring Managers (1h+): here they introduced themselves and what they do, what is the position all about, what do they expect from me, my integration in the company, performance, what I will learn, further steps in career, etc. Truly, wonderful people. Atmosphere during the interviews was just right, relaxed but professional. Candidate can see that they are experts in their field, and that there is a lot to learn from them. Emphasis on honest answers in STAR format. None of the questions were too complicated in my opinion. The questions I had for them were answered in detail and provided me with all the clarifications needed. The whole process took around 3 weeks.
