Great, quick experience overall! I had a video interview with two Clinical Operations Managers after my initial phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The managers were up front about the challenges of the CRA position and what I could expect in the role. The first half of the interview was covering my background/experience, and the second half was answering situational questions about how I'd deal with specific challenges. I received a call from the TAS a few days later and was offered the role. I signed the official offer the next day. Everyone was very respectful and friendly, and the process was quick and painless.

Interview process with the talent acquisition was very smooth. Interview with the hiring manager was not so smoothly conducted. Interviewer clearly had made up her mind even before the interview and did not even properly listened to the answers provided.
