The interview seemed fine but they were highly unprofessional with no regard for the candidate experience or potential future colleagues. Managers and actual recruitment team were both shocking. They went from over-committed and so much communication throughout all 4 interviews, to radio silence for weeks and cold responses from HR who were the worst.
