I was first contacted by a person from the HR department and the conversation was super friendly. I was then sent a fun challenge to complete and was asked to send it by the end of the week. After completing the challenge and sending, I was asked to wait for a response from the HR person and the developers. I received an update a couple of days later that I can now move on to the next step, which was a meeting with a management person, the lead developer, and the HR person. The conversation was quite nice and the people were genuinely interested in what you had to talk about and offer. I was then shown around the office and was asked to wait for an offer. A couple of days later I received an update saying that I got an offer.
