Interview process was very smooth for me. I was referred to Synergist by a friend of mine and got in contact with Katie, who is a recuiter for Synergist. The first part of the interview process was a phone screen to see what I was looking for and if I'd be a good fit for any of their currently open positions. I then had an inperson interview day which started off with me meeting with Katie at their office and then meeting with another employee who gave me a quick technical interview that consisted of 4-5 questions. After this interview I met with the Directors and CEO of the company all one on one. Was very casual and easygoing conversation where I got to get a better understanding of the company and really get to know them. Overall I thought the interview process was very streamlined and pleasant. Great company, great people and very happy I got offered a position with them.

I was interviewed by the CEO and CTO. I was referred to the company by another employee, so the interview was not very technical. The feel of the interview was casual, which was great. We talked about my career goals and what types of projects I'd be interested in working on. The CEO made it clear that he wanted to find a project for me that I liked, not the first one available, and didn't care if that took some time. The process took about a week from interview to offer.
