The interview process is just one meeting with a disorganized panel of people (some of whom were late). There wasn’t even a HR phone screening. They asked me a few basic questions and spent the majority of the time talking about how the role will probably not be as flashy as my current role, but I should still take the job because it’s a great company. I think I spent more time asking them questions than they spent asking me questions. They also stressed that they move forward with the hiring process quickly and that this would be the only round and I would hear from them very shortly. Then ghosted. It was the strangest interview I’ve ever been on. If you don’t have time to waste, beware.
