Easy going, connected with my COO right from the start! I was looking for my "Forever position" and knew from the first interview I had found what I was looking for. After I met the CEO I was even more sure this was the right place for me to grow and expand upon my billing knowledge. My management team allows all of their supervisor's/managers complete autonomy, they help you set goals and they let you do your thing! It's great!
