The interview process went very quickly, phone screen and then three additional interviews within 3 weeks. However, after the final round interview, I waited 2 weeks with no response. I then reached out to the recruiter and she informed me they had hired someone else "further along" in the hiring process. So not only did the team not reach out to me to let me know they were no longer pursuing my candidacy, they also were not transparent about the interview process. I was told the final interview was the final interview.

The process was pretty quick. I applied and was contacted to do a phone screening about a week later. I was asked to walk through my resume and salary expectations. I was then invited to an interview with the direct supervisor for the position. The interview was about 45 minutes and covered more about my professional experience. The interviewer was nice and the interview went fairly well. I was told I would be given a final decision in 1-2 weeks. After reaching out several times I was not given a final decision. It’s been about a month so I assume the role has gone to someone else but it would have been nice to hear directly from the recruiter who had been very responsive before ghosting me.
