The interview process is two rounds, one between one of the leaders in the office and another with the manager, Anthony Puglia. The first round is just talking about the jobs, your experiences with sales, management, PR, and or administration, and also what you could bring to the job. The second round with Anthony discusses how well of a fit you would be not only for the job, but for the atmosphere and the other leaders.
