You are given materials to learn, test to complete - if that is passed okay, you will be contacted for your contract & training will be scheduled.

Entrevista
After applying I got a call from their recruiter. The purpose of this call was was to get to know each other. He explained the job position and asked a few questions about me. After that I got to the second part of the interview with their lead engineer. An interview was a pleasant talk about my experience, which technologies I used and how did I solve some specific problems. There wasn't any coding involved and interviewer was very approachable and pleasant talker. After this call I got a rejection stating they are looking for someone more experienced. They did mention their whole development team doesn't have an engineer with less than eight years of professional experience.
