I applied online, received a call from a screener. After that, I received a follow-up call to schedule a "technical interview" over the phone. The technical interview last close to 40 minutes and included questions like "what is a primary key? What is the difference between a fact table and a dimensions table? What are 5 things you will do when you receive an offer?" After the technical interview, I received a follow-up from the screen to schedule a call with a recruiter. The recruiter's call last 15mins and I was invited out to an in-person interview in Norwalk, OH, an hour's drive from the Cleveland airport. The fights, hotel, rental car, and food were all comped. The hotel was a 20-minute drive from Syniti's office and candidates had to carpool. The interview took place over two days, from 8 am-6 pm, and dinner immediately afterward, the first day and from 8 am-3 pm the second day. The weekend entirely consisted of a class on using SQL in an SAP ERP module and a test at the end reviewing covered material.
