I was hired as a contractor through a recruiting agency. I was with the company for 6 month before being hired on permanent. I had two interviews with the recruiter, and one with my hiring manager at Syniverse. Casual yet professional, private and many things were discussed from the job and it's requirements to personal matters such as family. I was made to feel comfortable through the whole process.
