Started off by getting a phone call from the HR recruiter. Told me about the job description and asked for salary expectations. This was around a 30 min phone call out of the blue. Next was the coding test, done on codility. Pretty difficult and also a timed event. I received the opportunity to do 2 different tests that were for 2 different position. One was 90 mins, the other was 135 mins. Set aside weekends to do this while studying up general OOP concepts. Both tests were difficult as they asked you to design and code a whole solution in the time allocated. Felt like both were going into a final exam not knowing what was on the exam. You receive your mark right after you submit your exam. Got in contact again with the recruiter and he told me that since i didn't achieve 100% on my exams, they were not going forward with my application. Asked for feedback on the tests and no one replied back to give me feedback.
