Dont expect a very quick call as soon as you post your resume. HR is a bit not aggressive in following up on applicants. Interview generally is two phases-1. telephonic where one of the teammates(not manager generally) calls you up for initial screening as to whether you will suit to the role. Just fundamental questions and not too technical questions are asked. Then 2nd phase is direct/on-site interview with atleast 4 people interviewing you from hiring team(including reporting and technical manager) followed by HR round. If the candidate is selected, a quick back ground check and followed by not so quick offer letter will happen. Good luck!

Whole process was very frustrating. Initially had a meet scheduled with Hiring manager, in the week after. Suddenly i got a text asking for a 15 min call for the same day with no notice. This call went on for like 1 hour. A lot of personal questions were asked as well. Even though he mentioned my experience wasn't relevant. For the call which was scheduled all of a sudden day prior i was asked to come on site which i respectfully declined and asked if we can do the schedule meet. Which was he replied it had to be done along with another call which is on campus which was said to be done 2 days after. Basically he made 1 hour round to a 2 Hour on campus round on the fly. When i asked for the address a day before this on campus call... I got to know the Hiring manager was not available and didn't even bother to communicate. After that i stopped any communication and tried getting in contact with the Recruiter but they didn't help much either. Overall a very frustrating experience. Seems like HM had absolutely no respect for time and seemed very unprofessional.
