Have applied for Information Security Manager role in India Bangalore. Initial screening from TA team with some cyber security related questions, follow up with Technical and functional round with Security Leadership, next round with Ops Manager kind of peer round, overall 2 months spent just for 2 rounds and was awaiting for 3 rd round of discussion with joint leadership team. I have waited for overall 3 months and final got feedback as company went ahead with other candidate. Extremely shocking to hear misleading and integrity less feedback, even while did follow up with TA member, always was informed that panel is not available to take it up further. I was very much fond of Synopsys on the company cultural index but reality showed me different.
