Interview Experience
I went through a fairly thorough interview process consisting of 3–4 technical interview rounds followed by 2–3 non-technical / HR interviews.
Technical Rounds
The technical interviews were focused on assessing my core skills relevant to the role. They included coding challenges, problem-solving exercises, and in-depth discussions on system design, algorithms, and optimization. In some rounds, I was also asked to walk through past projects, explain architectural decisions, and suggest improvements. The interviewers were professional and asked both conceptual and practical, real-world scenario-based questions.
Non-Technical Rounds
The non-technical or HR rounds were more about cultural fit, communication style, and situational behavior. Questions revolved around teamwork, handling conflicts, managing deadlines, and adapting to challenges. They also covered motivation for joining the company, long-term career goals, and salary expectations.
