I met the HR during a career fair in August 2017. I was sending her my updated every month since then, even though I didn't get any reply till Feb 2018. I was given a HackerRank coding test. After that, I was called to office for the interview with the company's Senior VP of Technology and Software Development Director. I was asked questions about my past experiences and my current academic projects. After a month, I didn't get any reply from the HR. So when I mailed her finally, she replied back saying they found a better candidate than me. I strongly feel they don't want to sponsor for my work visa, and that's why they didn't hire me. Pathetic!!

Called by an awesome recruiter, John,off ziprecruiter. At first I felt really good about the company. I was then passed off to HR who cleared me further. They then had me talk to the tech Charlie out of Houston to see if i had 12v experience. I missed one call (no VM) and was labelled "hard to get a hold of" this all happened around Christmas time so it may have just been a communication error. However the whole experience made me feel like they strung me out for months and didn't communicate well.
