The whole process took over a month after all the rescheduling and non-ending interviews, which lasted a whopping five rounds. They don't count your "first" interview with the recruiter as an interview, more like a "call" for whatever reason. Then, a local employee would interview you for a technical round. Next is the country manager for a culture-fit interview. Supposedly, the "last" interview would be a technical one with the client. But alas, there is one more (surprise) round with the client again, consisting of 2 employees. HR says they're surprised the client asked for this. Besides the draining interviews and giving of false hopes, they're notorious for rescheduling and would probably string you along the process, only to give a generic rejection email in the end. As bitter as it may sound, judge for yourself when the interviewer says it: there is no work-life balance here.
