Although a fairly long process, it was thorough. Opportunities to speak to both the team and Senior Management. Met face-to-face on several occasions and was impressed with the time they took out to speak with me. Took an interest in me as a person, not only my work history and experience. Showed they had a very considered approach about who to bring into the business.

Two stage interview process. The 1st stage was more of a general chat around my past experience. Final stage was with the team manager and director. Discussed how the job would look like day-to-day, my motivations and career goals.
