I applied through referral and received a phone call from Syntelli within a few days in order to set up an interview. I took a phone interview the following week. I failed to see the purpose of the interview since the interviewer asked me almost nothing. He sounded as if the world was coming to an end and we were all doomed to die the next day. His english was broken and pathetically ridiculous. My only takeaway from the interview was that the job required travelling almost everyday throughout the city of Charlotte and sometimes beyond. A few days later I received an email regarding an onsite interview round. We decided on a date and time and the same guy who interviewed me said he will send me a confirmation soon. I did not receive the confirmation for about a week and tried to contact him for another week(through emails and phone calls). One fine evening he decided to pick up my call and told me since he traveled almost every street in Charlotte every single day he is confused about deciding on a time and place to meet me. On top of that he had another colleague who roamed about in the city the same way every day on his job. And they wanted to do the onsite interview together. I guessed the probability of the interview ever taking place and forgot about it. I called the guy up a month later just to check and he told me my resume had been forwarded to the manager and she is contemplating on it. I never received any feedback thereafter. I emailed them a couple of times but never received a response.
