Entrevista
Overall straight forward interview process; moved through the first 3 interviews quite quickly. The initial call was with the recruiter, the second was an interview with the hiring manager, and the third was an interview with the hiring manager plus their manager. Lastly was a presentation demo, which is pretty antiquated in my opinion but nonetheless, I understand the desire to see the skillset. I was supposed to hear back at the end of the week (the presentation interview was on a Monday) and was essentially ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter and sent a follow-up email to all I spoke with but no response or feedback. If you're making it through the entire interview process I believe you should be receiving some sort of feedback, regardless of the outcome. I also saw that they had recently reposted the job listing to Linkedin as well.

The interview was mostly conducted on speaking to members of the different teams you would be interacting with to see how easily you could collaborate. It was great to hear honest perspective from all of the different members.

Entrevista
Despite all of the negative things that are posted on here about this company I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and accept the interview they requested with me.
I will admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the first two gentlemen I spoke with as they quickly addressed a lot of the concerns people posted here without me even asking. This left me feeling much more at ease with things and I opted to move forward to the final interview stage which involved doing a presentation.
I was informed by the main recruiter that someone would be reaching out shortly with instructions on what was needed from me. The work week came and went and I didn't hear from this person so I reached out to the recruiter Friday late morning letting her know and that because of this we'd have to reschedule the interview which was for the following Monday. I was technically on vacation that upcoming week, but was planning on setting aside an hour or so for this call, however because they never sent me what was needed I told them the call would have to be for when I am back from vacation as I wasn't about to spend a day or two creating a presentation when I was supposed to be enjoying my hard earned time off.
It wasn't until 10 minutes before the final interview that I got a response back basically telling me no worries and we'd rescheduled for the following week. No apology or anything regarding the lack of communication. Later that day the person who was supposed to have sent me what I needed for this presentation emailed me and he too failed to even apologize, but instead tried to play the C-Y-A game by saying he sent everything to me and it must have went in my SPAM folder or something. I can tell you right now that it didn't. That was the first place I checked and I always look through that folder before I empty it every day.
Responses like this solidified that none of the things the first two guys I spoke with that said had been corrected actually were. If I could give any advice to Syntellis it would be to be honest and accountable when it comes to the lack of communication instead of deflecting the blame elsewhere as it will only hurt you in the long run.
