Entrevista
I had a phone call with the CTO and Head of Talent, the first interview was very positive. Then a timed home assignment that was interesting and measured well my skills. After that a debrief with two colleagues, one senior and another more junior. They made several relevant questions regarding my decisions of implementation. Despite answering them all well, and having very good feedback during the call, they didn't want to proceed and didn't give many reasons why.

Entrevista
I got a referral from someone who works there and then had a recruiter from Synthesia call me and tell me about the company and convinced me to apply.
I had phone interviews with the head of research, my potential colleagues, then a take-home technical test, and finally a follow up call discussing the take-home test. Take-home test was quite a lot of work.
Overall was a good experience and with lots of communication throughout.
