I only interviewed with the initial Recruiter, but the process was very smooth and they were really interested in the relevant experience I had. I didn’t matter that much whether it was directly related, as this was a very specific role, as long as it was related. At the end, I decided not to go through with the process as the role was focused on character customization which I wasn’t very interested on.

I had an initial screening with HR, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a 1 hour coding interview. Then a take home exam where people spent on average 4-5 hours. Afterwards had a technical briefing regarding the take home exam
