After sending job application online I was invited to participate a videochat with person from HR Spain. This specialist called this meeting as 'informal'. Meeting took ca 40 min, the only question I was asked was my place of living (was already mentioned in my CV), salary expectations and notice period (questions at the end of 40 min conversation). The whole I was asking question in regards to company, job profile. Questions in regards to company were answered. Questions about job not fully, as the person said "I was asked to support UK HR team and do not know exactly all details about this position". I've learnt more about this HR person and company than she did about me... I had the impression that this is a fiction meeting, just to point "did it" and that I am not considered for this position. What was the point of taking hers and mine time? This happened to me 1st time in my 18 years professional life
