Interviewed with Syros three times across the Covid period. First time before covid they thought i was overqualified.. then they reached back out after a year only to make me talk to the entire team for them to ghost me.. and then reached back out again.. checked my references and then reneged their offer. In a way I am glad did not work here coz they use and throw candidates like they dont matter. I have blacklisted this company and would never bother considering them in the future as well
