First, phone interview after receiving an e mail notification and the, e mail again to set up face to face interview. Phone interview will have similar questions to face to face but it will go more in depth. Verifying information that was on application and few other general questions regarding position.

Initial phone interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. Very pleasant. Followed by a Face to Face interview at the warehouse/distribution location. Met with VP and HR. HR very pleasant but VP looked like he was having a bad day or immediately made his decision upon looking at me. Did not asked me any questions. HR asked him several times if he had any questions for me and the answer was always no. So, he was basically there to intensely look at me while HR conducted the interview.
