I got a call from HR about a week after applying. HR asked about my work history, education, salary and background. It turns out my minimum salary was higher than what they were willing to pay. I accepted an onsite face to face interview anyway. On interview day, I met three other candidates in the waiting area and the sign in sheet suggested more candidates were to be interviewed that day. Was interviewed my the accounting supervisor and his boss. Both seemed nice.

Interview process was smooth and quick. There were mostly technical questions but they also focussed on fit with the company. Had the interview with the accountants and manger of the division who all seemed nice and were open minded people

I applied online through their website. A week later I was called for a phone interview. About two weeks later I was asked to go in for a panel interview. I was offered the job about a week later.

Entrevista
I applied online. The position was posted on Craigslist. I got a call from HR who did a phone screen. HR then followed up to schedule a face to face with the hiring manager. I met with the manager and then the CFO. The meeting with the CFO was short and brief. Although they found me directly they asked me to send my information to a third party agency they use for hiring. The company is large, but cheap and it was a way for them to avoid giving me benefits. I was paid through the agency for several months before becoming a regular employee with benefits.
