One interview held with 3 person panel. Interviewers were engaged and friendly. Very competency based. Very much trying to sell the role. I was offered the job but declined as recruiter had given me the incorrect contract details at the beginning or the process, salary and annual leave entitlement much lower than originally advised. Company came back with a slightly higher offer however I declined as I was left with a feeling that employees were not appreciated or rewarded. I also heard that the department was losing a lot of employees and that moral was extremely low
