They first had a phone interview then set up an in person meeting with the HR for the second part. It was a quick hiring process for me. The orientation takes about a week then they’ll have you hands on training the second week.

basic questions easy to get in if you have experience. Talked about production standards and well as good selecting practices. selecting practices like stacking and product verification. also safety is a important factor
Easy interview lots of favoritism in this location in my opinion I had the experience qualifications and still got declined boss was more worried with my personal life than what I wanted to do for the company
