Horribly disorganized. Recruiter contacted me to set up an initial phone screen, and then failed to call at the scheduled time. 3 hours later, the recruiter e-mailed me about rescheduling, without any mention or apology for missing the earlier appointment. We set up a new time for a phone screen, and that time also came and went without any contact. The recruiter again contacted me several hours later saying that "a meeting ran long". I provided a new window for a possible phone screen, nothing was actually set up, but the recruiter contacted me right at the end of the window. The recruiter promised that I would hear something in about a week about the next steps, and of course that did not happen. First impressions are everything, on both sides of the table.
