It started with a phone screen with the recruiter. After a few days, I had an interview with the hiring manager. The next day the hiring manager emailed me the design challenge that should be turned in within 2 days. After a few days, I was invited to meet with the CEO and the hiring manager for the last round of the hiring process. Then the same day after the interview, I got a job offer from the company.
