Entrevista
Recruitment interviews took part over 2 days. The first day begin by doing group assessment tasks such as being shown pictures of a sales floor and asked to pick out health and safety/bad practice within the workplace. The second day there were significantly less people and the day was spent taking part in 1:1 competency interviews and watched videos to show how TK Maxx ensures the customers get stock at the best price possible.

How does your previous experience prepare you for this role?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
