Recommended to send CV to recruiter for TK Maxx - had brief telephone interview with tales team. Then called for a Teams interview with 2 of the managers. Fairly intense interview, they asked a lot about my experience with customer service and need to know you can handle intense back to back calls from sometimes upset customers

Called in for an interview asked basic questions like previous experience etc... and some job related basic knowledge question like team work, managerial conflict, customer query resolution, shift timings, ability to travel etc..

Pretty straightforward and easy to follow, so not too bad! Standard interview questions generally, mainly asking how you would handle different situations during work and how you would cope with difficult customers, etc.

Very quick and a list of questions to show your skills, it was more questions than conversation, the interview process was quick and responded quickly online and then called for an interview
