I recieved the phone call around 8 in the evening after handing in my CV the day before for an xmas temp position. The interview was the day after in the morning, I came in asked for the manager I had the interview with then he took me down into the managers staff room. It lasted about 10 - 15 minutes, was very casual and I felt really relaxed, then they put me onto the shop floor for a few minutes to interact with the customers. He told me I would probably have the job he just needs to confirm it with the store manager later that night I got a call saying I had received it he was very impressed that I had done so much research into the company and to come in for an induction 3 days later.

applied in person via application form took 1 week to get back to me then had a phone interview which took 10 mins just usual customer service questions and holidays you have and what your flexibility is, was offered to come down for a 1-2-1 at the end of the phone interview. 1-2-1 interview was 2 days later, was first asked to do a retail selection quiz, it was 30 questions about yourself in the work place and the second Half is around 5 scenario questions. after that I was took in for the 1-2-1 interview in which they asked me 4 questions which took about 10 minutes. I got the job an hour and a half later.
