Quick chat over coffee for initial interview, then a couple hours trial shift. Also had to show evidence of creating outfits and awareness of style. Was fairly long winded as there was around 3 steps but overall a good process.
Nice and simple, was brought for an in person interview and had to assess my sales techniques. Friendly and easy going vibe, only 1 stage interview. Showed me a tour of the shop floor too.

Entrevista
Just normal interview without awkward questions. It took about 30 minutes with a Store Manager. I came to the store and he took me the office where asked about 10-12 prepared questions. All of them very easy to answer.
