Was very informing and really fun to g o in and see what the call center and the business was all about. Basically told me I was signed up for training and everything, then got an email later saying that they would not be going further with the hiring process with me. I called to ask why, and the interviewer said it was because I had to work on my competencies, which was a huge slap in the face

1st a phone screening which was very simple and to the point. 2nd was a f2f with manger that covered my professional experience w/ a role play at the end which was simple if you have experience, may be terrifying if youre a newcomer. But nonetheless, a painless process.

A time i had to work under difficulties were the majority based situational interview questions and what I did to overcome.
The interview was easy. The manager knew what she wanted in a new employeee. The interview was 30 minutes over coffee. It was like talking to a friend. Overall it was a good experience.
