Plan and simple. Phone interview with recruiter then one with the hiring manager and the last round being an in-person with the team. The in-person consisted of six people from the team including the hiring manager. One of the interviews asked that do an exercise looking for flaws in a print ad. When I asked about how soon they would have an answer they said in two weeks after chatting with other candidates but then it turned into three months waiting and having to reach out consistently to the recruiter for an update as apparently there was a re-org going on.
