The first step was a phone interview where it is basically just brief introduction of yourself and the hiring manager talks more of what the position entails. Then if they like you they will schedule a face to face with the hiring manager.

First interview was with assistant manager we talked about the role and she asked me my sales background. I was also asked to sell a pin as a practice scenario
