First you must create an online profile and take a 120 minute skills test which includes simulated calls (with multiple choice answers) a math reasoning portion and a basic personality sorter. Once you pass the test you are able to fill out an application and a recruiter will contact you. There is a phone interview scheduled in which basic customer service questions are asked and then if all goes well you have a face to face with an interviewer. Questions are very standard "Tell me about an experience in your work history where you provided excellent customer service". If they are planning on making an offer most likely they will have you sit and listen to a call with a representative while they draw up an offer and so that you can see if that is something you are interested in

Entrevista
I applied and had a video interview with two people. I answered all their questions to the best of my ability but was rejected due to lack of experience, which I find that both laughable and insulting as I have more than enough experience for the position.
