The interview process was pretty standard - I was asked to come in an discuss my background after an initial phone screening. After that, I was hit with one of the most detailed technical skills assessments I've ever seen. I was grilled on everything from packet headers to security policies. It was a bit challenging, but I was confident in my responses.

Not a good experience. I applied through the website, got a call within a few days, and an interview was scheduled for a week. The interview went well, up until now all was good. I was told that I would get feedback within two weeks. When I did not I wrote to HR and was advsied they have a bit of delay and she will let me know later. She did not and I did not hear from her again. Three months later I wrote her. At this point, I knew I would not be getting the job, but just wanted to see what the reaction would be. I got back just the survey about how happy I was with the process.
