Interview process was very relaxed. Interviewer didn’t ask those formal annoying questions such as, “tell me about a time when you had to help a teammate” instead the interview consisted of questions that pertained to me and the company

First interview was with assistant manager we talked about the role and she asked me my sales background. I was also asked to sell a pin as a practice scenario

They asked behavioral questions like describing a time I worked under pressure, handled a difficult customer, or adapted to changes at work. They also wanted to know how comfortable I was approaching customers and recommending products or services
