Entrevista
Probably a more difficult interview (the usual behavioral based) than my previous experience having interviewed for another position. It seems that perhaps the two managers had already decided to hire internally thus making my interview that much more difficult. The wait for the final outcome was a week and a half but the whole process took nearly 3 weeks.
I was referred to this position by a member in HR. I wish I had more money to spend to complete an MBA but two undergraduate degrees later (in relevant business/economic/legal fields) and I am still not qualified for even the most basic positions. This position was being offered at $33K with room in the future to grow in the company.
Not sure how this didn't get posted internally to begin with.

Entrevista
First round was a phone interview. Pretty typical phone screen. Asked about my resume and why I would be a good fit for the job. They also asked a few STAR based questions such as describe a time when you had to go above and beyond for a customer. Second round was in person with two managers and was about 40 minutes of STAR based behavioral questions.

I received an immediate response to the resume/application I submitted. They set up a phone interview. They asked questions about the resume and experience. Basically repeating what was already in front if them.

Received an almost immediate response to my resume submission. Recruiter set up a phone interview. Recruiter was late calling me at our set appointment time.

Interview was mostly a regurgitation of my resume. A few questions about why I chose to apply for TRP and if I was being "choosy" in the companies I apply to. The most difficult question being the "behavior" questions..."tell me about a time when..."
