Had a call with the recruiter and they never got back to me after saying they would send me dates for an interview. Lovely internal recruiter but not good to ignore people like that

Stage 1: Call with recruiter/hiring manager - discuss CV and admin e.g., (comp, notice period)
Stage 2: Initial interview with Sustainable Investment Directors - discuss desire for position, relevant skills, and learn about the role
Stage 3: Interviews with 4-6 analysts (30 min calls) - casual conversations to better understand how you would fit in the team and opportunity to ask questions
