first round - online coding, 2nd round - java assignment(create a notification system), 3rd round - F2F interview (supposed to be discussion of your assignment, but interviewer might not even discuss a word of assignment), 4th round - F2F interview (didn't understand what the interviewer tried to evaluate) .
Overall very bad interview experience. there was hardly 20 people for drive and HR couldn't even manage them. Once, you finish your assignment, you are supposed to let HR know and she will assign an interviewer to you but, there is no order maintained, you might get an interviewer after 3-4 hours and one who finished just a couple of seconds might get an interviewer assigned.
Had to wait 4 hours to get my first interviewer who were supposed to discuss the assignment approach. however, not even single word from the assignment was discussed. Instead, interviewer was more into what I am working on and the tools i used and why did i choose them. looked a very confused person, after couple of discussions, asked me 2 design tiny url problem with rate limiting. The kind of discussions I had, I didn't expect to move to next round. However, I moved to next round. It was more like passing questions as if they are already selected the candidates they wanted. Didn't get a proper questions. It was more like a chat.
