Typically, an assessment centre will invite a maximum of 10 candidates to interview for a role. However, T-Tech invites around 30 people, who are then divided into groups of 4-6 to complete two tasks within approximately 15 minutes. This brief time allocation is supposed to be enough for each group to discuss and present their solutions, which the evaluators use to assess the candidates' quality—a method that is realistically insufficient. After these tasks, they announce they will be splitting the attendees to showcase the office space. Instead, they separate the group, informing one-half that they were unsuccessful and dismissing them. This process shows a lack of consideration for candidates, particularly those who have commuted long distances (which is not cheap). In summary: interviewing with T-Tech is a complete waste of time and reveals them as a poor company to engage with for job opportunities.

Assessment day: group activity, Q&A, 1 on 1 interview HR was being very vague about the scheduling and timing of the interview process, which I later found out that they send 50% of the people home after the first group activity of the assessment day, so 50% chance that you spend doubled amount of time attending the assessment day than actually being in the assessment if they think that you have not contributed enough in the group activity, which the examiners spent longer chatting to other examiners than listening to your group discussion.
